Shari Ramirez, P.E. is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Florida, Puerto Rico, and New York with more than 21 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure projects. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida International University and is an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP), demonstrating her commitment to sustainable infrastructure development.

As a Senior Project Manager with Wade Trim, an ENR Top 500 Design Firm, Shari leads multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects throughout their lifecycle. Her experience also includes serving as Project Engineer and Engineer of Record for a diverse portfolio of projects involving water transmission and distribution systems, wastewater collection and conveyance systems, reclaimed water infrastructure, aviation facilities, roadway improvements, drainage systems, and site development. Shari is recognized for her expertise in trenchless technologies and horizontal directional drilling (HDD), serving as a technical advisor on complex utility installation projects. She is also dedicated to developing the next generation of engineering professionals through mentorship, technical guidance, and leadership of junior engineers.

An active member of the Florida Engineering Society (FES), FES Miami Chapter Past President, and graduate of the Florida Engineering Leadership Institute (FELI) class of 2025, Shari is committed to advancing the engineering profession and supporting initiatives that promote, protect, and uphold the highest standards of professional engineering practice. This combination of technical expertise, project leadership, and commitment to sustainability enables Shari to deliver innovative and resilient infrastructure solutions that benefit communities.
