Director 2
Grecia Dominguez is a driven business development and engineering professional whose journey reflects resilience, leadership, and a commitment to service.
Shortly after moving to the US, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering studies at Florida International University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During her time at FIU, Grecia actively participated in engineering organizations and student leadership initiatives, represented the university in national competitions, and volunteered in STEM outreach programs designed to inspire future generations of engineers. Her academic and extracurricular achievements earned her numerous recognitions, including the Florida-Georgia Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation Award, the Dean’s Scholarship, and FIU’s Outstanding Bachelor’s Graduate Award.
Professionally, Grecia began her engineering and business career through an internship with Lockheed Martin. She later expanded her experience in business operations and client management while overseeing a large portfolio of accounts in the private sector. Motivated by a desire to create meaningful community impact, she founded R&R Solutions USA LLC to help address South Florida’s housing crisis, and advocate for her community, leading project coordination and business development efforts for affordable housing developers, construction firms, and multidisciplinary project teams across the region. Most recently, she has served as Business Development Consultant for EMEC Engineering, supporting strategic growth initiatives and strengthening partnerships across Florida’s infrastructure and engineering industries.
Beyond her professional work, Grecia remains deeply committed to advancing the engineering profession and giving back to her community. As an FIU alumna, she established the Rodriguez Dominguez Scholarship and has served on the Mechanical Engineering Senior Design Project Review Board, mentoring and supporting future engineers. She has also served on the Executive Board of the Florida Engineering Society, and American Society of Civil Engineers Miami Chapters, continuing her dedication to leadership, professional development, and expanding opportunities within the engineering community.
