Reinaldo “Rey” Villa, PE, is a dynamic leader in the Florida engineering community, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at EMEC, LLC. Based in South Florida, Mr. Villa brings extensive, specialized expertise in geotechnical and structural engineering, with a proven track record in complex foundation design, pile driving mechanics, and Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) structures.

As a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to technical excellence and public safety. Throughout his career, Mr. Villa has successfully managed high-stakes infrastructure projects, navigating complex regulatory frameworks and collaborating with key public agencies, including the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the Greater Miami Expressway Agency (GMX).
