Roland A. Rodriguez, PE is a proud US Marine and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Florida International University. He has over 29 years of Civil Engineering Experience with a focus on Consulting, Engineering & Inspection (CEI) and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida and Georgia.

He began his career at FDOT as a Roadway Inspector and worked his way through FDOT and the D6 Professional Engineer Trainee program. He has successfully managed over $800 million in major and complex roadway and bridge construction contracts throughout the state including Design-Build and multi-year Lump Sum (LS) Residency Contracts in Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. He is a member of and actively involved in several Engineering Associations including ASCE, ASHE, ACEC (Currently Serving in FDOT D6 Liaison Committee- Workforce Development), FES Miami (President Elect), FEF- Board of Trustees, and CCD South Florida- Director of Finance. 

Roland is a Principal and Senior Vice President at Pinnacle Consulting Enterprises, Inc. and a Class of 2019 Florida Engineering Leadership Institute (FELI) Alum.
