Angela Baron-Ruiz, PE brings over 17 years of diverse engineering experience to her role as a Senior Engineer, Senior Project Manager, and Program Manager at CHA Consulting. Her expertise spans drainage design, roadway and utility infrastructure, and land development, with a strong emphasis on stormwater management systems and hydraulic modeling.

Angela has led and contributed to a broad range of projects, including municipal Resurfacing, Restoration, and Rehabilitation (RRR) projects, as well as complex Right-of-Way and highway improvements for FDOT and Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise. Her extensive experience in construction document production and stormwater system design ensures projects meet stringent municipal, county, state, and federal regulatory standards.

A seasoned professional in environmental and regulatory permitting, Angela has successfully obtained complex local, state, and federal permits and has cultivated strong working relationships with regulatory agencies throughout Florida. At CHA, Angela plays a key role in project delivery, overseeing designs, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining client satisfaction. As team supervisor, she mentors junior staff, manages workloads, and coordinates task assignments. In her role as office leader, Angela helps promote staff engagement and serves as a link between the corporate leadership team and the production staff, helping align strategic company goals with day-to-day operations. Committed to sustainable infrastructure, Angela is also an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP), ensuring each project incorporates practical, cost-effective sustainability solutions.
