CDM has immediate openings in our beautiful Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Miami, FL offices.  Our rapidly growing team is looking to add to its award winning roster, and we want you to be a part of it!  Opportunities include: Project Manager Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing water/wastewater projects in a high-energy office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to management of complex projects (monitoring schedule, budget, and technical performance) interaction with clients and company resources, and mentoring and directing staff engineers and scientists. Job Requirements: Qualifications include a minimum of 10 years experience and a B.S. (M.S. preferred) in civil/environmental engineering or a related discipline. The successful candidate must be an accomplished project manager with excellent technical skills; verbal and written communication skills; business development skills; interpersonal and listening skills; and time management skills. This position requires a Florida P.E. or ability to obtain reciprocity within 12 months of hire.  Strong preference for bi-lingual candidates with fluency in English and Spanish. Project Engineer Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for water and sewer system planning/modeling/rehabilitation, water/wastewater pipeline,  pump station and treatment plant planning, design and construction, water quality analyses/modeling, and related areas. Job Requirements: This position requires a B.S. (M.S. preferred) in civil or environmental engineering, with 2-6 years experience and interest in water and wastewater facilities planning, design, and construction, or a directly related field of study.  Prefer registration as an EI, or ability to obtain within 12 months. Excellent computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, CAD/CAE, etc.) are desired. Strong preference for bi-lingual candidates with fluency in English and Spanish.
